No response from Order Support - IbrokeTTL - 02-12-2022

Hate doing this - but have had no response from shipping in 26 days on an order placed in October outside a message saying that this is Hong Kong's problem.

Anyone know how to get a response from these folks?

Except for the Pine64's founder, TL Lim, nobody from the Pine64 "company" reads or replies to posts here.

NB the "company" may or may not be still closed while Chinese New Year
