Explorer vs Dev edition - flashing? - brb78 - 12-09-2021
The instructions at https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/PinePhone_Pro_Developer_Edition#Nuking_the_factory_AOSP_installation say "Please note that the following instructions do not apply to Explorer Edition".
My box says "Explorer Edition" but the phone has AOSP installed. Is it reasonable to follow the instruction for the Dev edition to get an alternative to AOSP booted? there doesn't seem to be an "Explorer" wiki page yet.
Update: based on Discord, it sounds like the "Dev" edition may have shipped in "Explorer Edition" boxes
