error screen - mikerg4 - 11-08-2021
I have just received my pinecil but I can't get it to work - I get an X !! on the screen (not sure if the photo is viewable here) - I am using an OMARS power pack with 45W PD capability.

The X!! means the tip doesn't plug in to Pinecil body properly. Note: I not able to review your photo.

Yes, that was it, thank you. I pushed the tip in quite hard but didn't realise I needed to loosen the screws first, doh...
