How did you get data working on PureTalk? - nelstomlinson - 09-25-2021 I have a PureTalk sim in the phone. It gets calls and texts, but data doesn't work. I keep getting texts warning me that the 3G is going away; I suspect that is connected to no data. Settings shows, under Modem Details: Carrier PureTalk Network type LTE Signal strength 44% Network Status Registered Under access points: Access point name att.mvno Running Mobian Bookworm on the eMMC. Any ideas on how to get data working? RE: How did you get data working on PureTalk? - bcnaz - 09-25-2021 (09-25-2021, 10:21 AM)nelstomlinson Wrote: I have a PureTalk sim in the phone. Now the Pure Talk SIM is in my old Blackberry, since the speaker died and I can't use it any more, but that worked in the Blackberry, and would probably work in the PP. Now I have to call GCI and figure out how to get data working on their network, since I'll be using the PP as my daily driver, ready or not. |
