Not sure it's correct to ask about other boards here, but may be someone has tried this DAC addon card from rock64 on other single board computers like raspberry for example?
I have an rpi4 and wonder if this DAC can be used with it.

If you mean the PINE A64 stereo dac board, then no, that most likely won't work on other SBCs "out of the box". Since it does communicate using standard protocols though, you can manually wire yourself up an adapter for the used pins, specifically the SPI and SPDIF pins as well as power/ground, but that'll be a very flimsy solution.
