Alert status on 17track - return to proper cast - hellojack - 07-21-2021
I recently ordered pinetime with pinebook screw, and i see alert status on 17track now.
What happened? What should i do?

If return back to shipper (sometime happen especially recent flooding in China that cause shipment needs to reroute), shipping team will resend again.

If return back to shipper (sometime happen especially recent flooding in China that cause shipment needs to reroute), shipping team will resend again.
I emailed them, they couldn't find the issue so offered me to ship with dhl. Paid for it, waiting for email from dhl now.
