Newbie unable to connect to internet - Derek7 - 07-14-2021
When I try to connect to the internet I receive "Problem loading page" and "Your connection is not secure" messages.
For example, I opened Firefox this evening
Selected option to download "uBlock Origin"
Selected "Add to Firefox"
And received the following message :
Problem loading page
https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user/addons/607454/ublock_origin-1.36.2-an+fx.xpi?filehash=sha256%3A31f8c2126a3f4e3cfe3ef63550b842a5d4f071ec1c6e5aa377c2f29b11ff1415
Your connection is not secure
The website tried to negotiate an inadequate level of security.
Addons.cdn.mozilla.net uses security technology that is outdated and vulnerable to attack. An attacker could easily reveal information which you thought to be safe. The website administrator will need to fix the server first before you can visit the site.
Error code:
NS_ERROR_NET_INADEQUATE_SECURITY
Changed “Search Preferences” from DuckDuckGo to Google and entered “Service NSW” into the Google search bar and received the following message:
Problem loading page
https:////google.com/search?client=firfox-b-e&q=service+nsw

I have checked Software Updates is up to date.
