I am interested in trying to get a PineTime DevKit but sadly the official website doesn't ship to India another website says that they do it is fabtolab.com .
Are they trustable?

One option for you is to setup a forwarding post box. Another option could be to work with someone within the community.
I have no idea if fabtolab.com is trustworthy - but they are offering stuff that is very hard to get hold of at the minute. For example, they are offering a PineTab within 25 days: https://www.fabtolab.com/boards/pine-64/pine64-pinetab-10-1inch-linux-tablet-hd-video-out-ips-capacitive-touchscreen-16-7m-colors-os-ubports-lomiri-gui-64gb-emmc-module The PineTab hasn't been available since last year, so either they stocked tonnes of them or they are lying.
