IR reciever in socket from A64+ to Pinephone? - Daniel972 - 05-20-2021 Hi. Pine64 still sells the IR receiver with remote for the A64 SBCs. Sorry for sounding nooby. I bought the phone from Pine64 to learn all these new things about tech . Q: How much would one have to modify a Pinephone mainboard to return the IR socket that exist on the A64 boards? https://forum.pine64.org/attachment.php?aid=432 RE: IR reciever in socket from A64+ to Pinephone? - wibble - 05-25-2021 I suspect it's a non-starter as I don't think there's a spare exposed IO pin, but I haven't checked the schematics carefully - you'll find them in the wiki. Thus forcing the use of the pogopins or USB-c for external input. |
