After first start: Update not possible - pinephone - 05-01-2021
Hi
I got the PinePhone yesterday and started the setup. Until here, all is fine.
I want start the update over Terminal, the download is finished, but the installer will not update.
My steps
- get updates files: sudo pacman -Suyw
- start installer: sudo pacman -Suy
The first error in the first update process is direct after keyring checking:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
manjaro-system: /etc/sudoers.d/10-installer exists in filesystem
manjaro-system: /usr/bin/resize-fs exist in filesystem
manjaro-system: /usr/share/libalpm/hooks/networkmanager-connectivity.hook exist in filesystem
Errors occured, no packages were upgraded.

:: Replace python-dbus with etxra/dbus-python? [Y/n]

Probably the version installed in factory is quite old and therefore there could be changes is manjaro packaging setup.
You can solve it either by: flash latest pinephone plasma mobile image or move these 3 conflicting files to temporary location and try again...
