Support ignoring ticket for over a month now - Kozova1 - 04-29-2021

Hi,
my Pinepower Portable works when using an external adapter but not when using the included one.
I've submitted a ticket to support but it's now been over a month since their last response.

Update: Support has replied, but again I'm left waiting for 61 days now since the last response. WTF Pine64?

So I am just a person in a forum...
But I think most of us are rabbid warranty voiders.
Did you try to bend the contacts inside the snap-in adapter with a mini screwdriver?
If you do that it should probably get it tight enough to contact the US style blade plug-in points.
I like my pine power, it has worked well for my Pinecil soldering iron and pinephone though for my Pinecil I usually use my laptop's power supply barrel connector.
