After update in Ubuntu bionic mate system crashed - Wawe - 03-24-2021

Hello,

I have Pinebook Pro and  I just succesfully flashed bionic-mate-pinebookpro-0.9.14-1159-armhf on emmc. But when I update system with the Software Updater and restart the PC, after restart it will stop on booting screen and this screen flashes and nothing happens, the system will not load. The system will not load even if I restart it a second time.

Before, I thought it was this error message on picture 1.png, but regardless of whether I chose keep or replace every time it turned out the same.

I made the flash with the same system on flashed sd card, I flashed with balena etcher program and I flashed the system successfully. The same problem occurred when I installed the updates of this system on the sd card, until i did it all worked fine.

Thank you in advance for any answers.

PS: Sorry for my english.

Update!: I tried to flashed older version Ubuntu mate - bionic-mate-pinebookpro-0.8.3-1141-armhf.img.xz stable. But when I do it, the system cannot start and from SD card (0.8.3 version too) either.

When I turn on charged notebook, there are no flashing lights and I don't see anything, but in while I hear ubuntu login screen sound. And nothing else happened and that's all. I feel warm procesor too.

I don't know what to do.

Thanks for any help.

Exactly same Problem for me.

Have you found a workaround?

No, I just made it worse. If you want to use it on daily base, you can boot from SD card and don't update. I done this before then notebook stopped responding completely.
