Pine phone setup question - Csanderson0313 - 11-28-2020

Hey everyone, 
What setup/software is everyone using the most for the pine phone? Im looking for something with kinda of an android layout. More then anything that can download normal apps and texting app. Thank You for any help.

Could you explain what you mean by these?
As for Android layout, probably none.
Each distribution and DE has its own layout.

As for texting app, unless you're using Telegram, XMPP, or Matrix for chats, you'll be out of luck.
The Discord web app is not optimized for small screens at all, LINE web app only exists as a Chrome app, I have no idea about Fakebook Messenger and WhatsApp, because I don't use anything from Fakebook.
Although sites like 2ch, 5ch, 4chan, 8kun and such work incredibly well on small screens.

I think Plasma Mobile looks pretty nice and similar to Android.

Maybe plasma-mobile looks like an mobile surface has to look ;-)
