strange OS booting issue - RodneyMyers - 11-10-2020 Okay, a very weird issue with SFOS. I’ve had it installed on the eMMC drive for a few weeks. I attempted to install a cell sim card to try it out. The phone would boot just fine. Though, after it went to ‘sleep”, things changed. I attempted to wake it up, and all I was greeted with was the spinning ball. Though, running from sdcard works as it should Okay, I thought I may have scrambled the installed OS. Did a fresh download & install into eMMC. It has the same issue, spinning ball trying to re-awaken the phone. I just flashed mobian onto the phone, and it does not have this issue. Anyone have any suggestions? Going to have to agree with you, tentatively.. Running on sdcard at the moment. Changed bad sim cards. The phone has been running a few hours, and every time I wake it up, it wakes up. |
