Google Meet on the Pinebook Pro - carlosqueso - 10-02-2020

So my work laptop ran out of battery today, so I had to pull out the Pinebook Pro to go to an hour long work meeting.  I was a bit worried, but running in Chromium, it had absolutely no trouble showing a full group of people and a screenshare.  I expected slowness or it to get hot (my old Macbook pro that I have for work does), but no problems whatsoever.  A really pleasant surprise

It is nice to hear good news Big Grin .

Could you share with us your current OS version? Are you using some special setup (such as installing mesa-git or running chromium via a docker container)?

I'm using the regular Manjaro stable, with mesa-git from the previous update (not there right now, so can't get the version, but the latest mesa-git breaks hardware acceleration completely).  It's just the regular Chromum.
