Lost Board? - rayzr8 - 05-13-2016

I am a Feburary backer, #2,262 to be exact and ordered an acrylic case and Wifi Module. I received message that it was shipped over a month ago and it has yet to arrived. Does it usually take this long for it to arrive?

same here. march backer(2gb board+wifi). shipped with China post from late march. no where to be seen.
no respond from support or shipping@pine.

tlim also doesn't respond to PM and forum post.
really2 disappointing.

Same here for me. As per my tracking number it was shipped on 2016-04-14 and as per TL, it should have arrived in 5-7 business days. But, nothing here so far.
Very disappointing.

I even tried emailing them and a PM to TL, with absolutely no response so far.

Mine was stated to be shipped late march. And still no delivery up until now (almost 2 months). I'm starting to believe it is a fake tracking number. Complete waste of money. Is there anyway asking for a refund?

I would actually be interested in this. I have ordered things from China over the years and have never had a lost package. Very convenient for them and what gets me is that they do not answer to emails. I know it's a small company but would it kill them to hire some temps to make things right for backers.

I'm no expert, but it seems like you may indeed be right. It is now May 18th, so even with regular shipping I cannot see it taking this long. Have you contacted support? - if you haven't then please do so now. If they do not respond in 5 working days send a PM to tllim. I feel very sorry for you mate :Sad 
I hope I am wrong and that your board will arrive in the end ...

There are 30+ cases of fail delivery or stuck soemwhere on shipping process. We currently work with shipping facility to clear up case by case. Please PM me your KS/Backerkit order number, I will follow up with shipping facility.
