Is there a way to change the language.
During the setup process, I must have picked the wrong language (ES)
When in fact I need (EN)
I change the in manjaro configuration - regional configuration
But all the menus are still in spanish
Any suggestions

Try changing it under the DE Settings > Region & Language.
