RE: Android TV with HDMI and 4K - mrv - 09-07-2016

Hi
Installed your image. I don;t have wifi but seems there is no way passing the 2nd screen * the screen after language selection) without wifi.
network is via the Ethernet cable, no wifi is available.

Any suggestion on how to get passed this screen

mrv: restart and it will get back to normal

Just wanted to shout out a big THANKS to ayufan for making the build and making Pine64 finally get CEC!  Great job!

One thing I wanted to ask was about the overscan adjustments on Android TV - is it something that can be built into the image?  I see examples for other boards (e.g. http://www.howtogeek.com/251934/how-to-adjust-overscan-on-the-shield-android-tv/) that allow adjusting the overscan right in the settings.  Is it something doable?

The support is there, but it's not exposed.

If someone would add this as separate application we could Sideload it for TV and Regular builds.

Take a look at this application: https://github.com/ayufan-pine64/packages-apps-Settings

Not able to install apps due to lack of space.
How do i resize partitions? Got 11.5gb of unallocated space on sdcard.

Use GParted on SD card

I'm on Windows. Can I use mini tool? If so, what should I make the partition? Thanks

dogger: I doesn't know this tool.

Try. The worst what can happen that you will brake your SD card Smile

I spent all day trying to resize the system partition with no luck. I tried using gparted with Windows 7, no luck. I tried with Linux, still no luck, all it would do is boot loop after resizing the system partition. Was I wrong by resizing the system partition?

I'd rather not break another one. Roasted one on day 1 with the Pine using Remix OS it bootlooped and killed the SD card. I guess I'm asking which partitions I can touch. I'm using a 32gb...

Boot:49MB
Ext3:1.5GB of which 772.58 mb is used
Other: 768mb of which 768 is used
Other 1gb of which 1gb is used
26.5 Unallocated

Obviously I can try to change the unallocated to Ext 4 but I'm wondering if that is correct. Also can I combine it with the 2 "Others"? I added a screenshot of minitool.
