what uboot is installed on your emmc? could be the cause of the video issue.

I have no emmc, just NVMe and uboot that boots from NVMe.

It seems to be random: somtimes it is really severe, sometimes nothing for hours. Any ideas on that?

It's designed to be capable of receiving OTA updates just like a Chromebook, but with v11.2 there are some known glitches that needed to be addressed before the payload can be successfully applied. We were in the process of fixing the issues until one day our ONLY testing device failed to function in our lab

So we are now waiting for deliveries before we can tweak this. Till then, if you wish to have the latest version v11.4 (with minor tweaks and enhancements) you can download the image and boot it.

v12 is in the oven and will be ready soon-ish, we will try to get v12 delivered via OTA.

1. What did I do wrong?
2. Is there a way to get Manjaro working again?
If not then it's slightly annoying but not a disaster.  I might even reimage the EMMC with ChromeOS for a while to play with it.
