Where can we download the newest SDK?
I think the SDK on Wiki is not for Rockpro64.

Any release notes, any difference with 08-05-15, any stability, clock differences why would I want to change to that one? playstore or root compatibility for new one? asking cause ive flashed all versions of linux and 08-05-15 so far has been the most stable os for me as far as releases go, use aptiode and amazon store for apps and want to know if its worth trying?

To answer myself, same kernel, same security patch, no playstore baked in, or compatibility, no root , only difference is a built in test app that's in Chinese and different internet browser and some personalization menu options, in the few minutes I tried it I'd say 08-05-15 is more stable, that's my experience, don't get why it's on forum highlight news. That build has been around for months. I picked the most stable over the newest.

K, thanks for the clarification, any chance google play and root access are part of future builds, are there going to be future Builds? Android is the most stable os for the board atm, cant say if linux will ever be able to pick up so maybe a more polished version of android will help?

At least with android i use it currently as a media box, still seems choppy even in comparison to a cheap tvbox but at least i can say its usable, really sort of dissapointed with sbc performance to date and if linux wont be picking up soon at least in my opinion the community would thank that it can serve as a small media box in the meantime.

Really Android although not linux can give most of the use case scenarios so if linux is far away from being able to achieve a good working performance at least give us a good android experience.

I'm hopeful to say now that Armbian came into the picture maybe things start to pick up, oh well in the meantime i guess its just wait and see, im really curios to know why these rk3399 are being such a pain, with so many around you would think they should be some good, oh well again hope Armbian community can help us pick up the pace.
