RE: Remix OS - KryPtAlIvIaN - 03-17-2016 I went ahead and downloaded the image from google drive and attached it to the torrent. This helped and allowed the image to be shared with other users. Current state wont allow you to download via bit torrent. I will check with KH Goh on your request. RE: Remix OS - khgoh - 03-17-2016 I made some change on the torrent. If possible, re-download the .torrent file from our wiki and try again. Please let me know if still got problem. Regards, KH Goh RE: Remix OS - Astondb5 - 03-17-2016 Is there anyway to remote desktop into Remix OS? I have it running on my Pine but it is hard to use because of the overscan problem I was hoping to remote into the Pine so I could see the whole desktop and play with it. Thanks for any help RE: Remix OS - JulianM - 03-17-2016 You can try out TeamViewer (without root) or VNCserver + VNCviewer (with root). RE: Remix OS - antx0n - 03-21-2016 Hi, I have installed RemixOS on my freshly received PINE64+ 1Gb and have some troubles: it keep on rebooting; it starts fine but crashes as soon as I move the mouse or click on Chrome. (I changed the OS and keyboard input language to French) Any thoughts? Please check on your power adapter, make sure is +5V 2A type and also the USB cable quality. RE: Remix OS - janjwerner - 03-21-2016 I had no problems with Remix rebooting. It works smoother than the Android image shipped in BSP. Only downside with Remix so far is lack of Google app store (I tried installing it last night but it hangs...) as for the cables I would go with: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018IAXSS4. Look at AWG rating - the lower the better - 20 for Tronsmart cables, 28 for Amazon Basics cable - sadly I was expecting better quality from AMZ... We custom made a power only USB cable (means no data lines) for backerkit folks, such cable normally does good job on supply power. For Amazon, I may try out such cable: http://www.amazon.com/PortaPow-Specialised-Blackberry-Transformer-Charging/dp/B00RL68RNS/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1458572308&sr=1-5&keywords=power+only+usb+cable On the Google store app, I also notice lacking on the beta build, will check with Remix folks whether able to add in. I will meet up with them at Beijing on early April. If there is any suggestion about Remix OS beta build, please post here. I will collect and feedback. Personally, I wouldn't mind as my boards will come with 2GB but what about those with 1GB boards?(03-21-2016, 08:50 AM)janjwerner Wrote: I had no problems with Remix rebooting.
