Thank you for providing these kernel messages. They confirm that your PineBook Pro has the official keyboard firmware flashed to the keyboard controller, whichever the actual firmware revision it is. However, we can't "peek inside" to find out the revisions.

We could try to read the keyboard and trackpad firmware images from your PineBook Pro and compare them with the firmware images read from another PineBook Pro. but that procedure would be completely untested and, thus, quite likely to cause the keyboard and trackpad to become bricked.

We've got another touchpad firmware update, and this time the vendor has nailed it: updating the firmware makes the touchpad work great.
