I received mine yesterday, but the phone is not working well. I have listed similar problems to those experienced by FOSSagent0 in my response to him in the Manjaro on Pinephone forum thread, "Manjaro (Plasma OS) bugs/ issues".

Starting to get nervous it's day four and I still haven't received tracking for an order I placed on April 5th.

Hey all, casual update of sorts: Vivo had a bit of a woopsie with their phones catching fire at the airport. In result looks like all shipments with batteries is now under a much more stringent rules - this may result in a few days delay I suspect.

In the same boat as you except I ordered mine a little earlier. It seems people from the US got theirs very quickly.

Wondering what to expect. Placed my order on the April 11, but the payment didn’t clear PayPal until the 13th. No e-mail yet. (United States)

Sadly my phone is exhibiting some of the same issues. I replied in the same thread with more details. I think that the issues only showed up after updating using terminal, but I only used it a few minutes before updating.
By the way, I ordered my PinePhone on March 24th and just received it on April 22nd.

Hello, I have ordered the phone 25-march, the shipping address is Wilmington, DE ,United States (US) and the order number is [Order #176382], but still I have no tracking number(no e-mails).
