Just today my battery arrived. Ya'll a bunch of impatient people. If you really need the $100 you spent months ago, maybe you should have saved that money until pine goes live with their store. It's not pine's fault you people cannot manage your money better. And as mentioned 100x over, you took a risk by backing a project on KS, nothing is guaranteed. Read the fine print. It's got nothing to do with not being able to afford it, you condescending ass. It's got everything to do with not getting what I helped fund when other people have. Yes, there are risks associated with Kickstarter – but Pine didn't barely make their KS goal, they blew it out of the water. According to BackerKit my Pine has been ready to ship for literally months. According to the last update I had from Pine before I asked if I could cancel my order, my product was due to ship "at the end of May". Still waiting. Oddly enough asking if I could cancel my order got a quick response, asking where the thing I've paid for is goes unanswered for weeks. And now they're shipping Store pre-orders, in direct contradiction to their promise that all KS backer pledges would be fulfilled first. If everyone else was in the same boat then I genuinely think there'd be less bad feeling, but there is no pattern to these massively delayed shipments, there is no response from Pine aside from the occasional non-specific "sorry for the slight delay" messages, and it's starting to feel awfully like I've been screwed. Its very likely that the KS and Store systems are two separate systems; its also likely that these folks are working with a skeleton crew and doing the best they can / It is also likely that they have your message and that all this ranting and raving is just irritating and NOT likely to help your case. Just relax, be patient, and let the dust settle. I noticed a note from another kind soul willing to help you track this thing... I'd take 'em up on it. If you plan to send your board back, would you please send it to me... I'll put that little jewel to work. I really am sympathetic to your frustration; but, I still think that we all need to be respectful and polite. Seriously.
