Just wait. I think the shipment will go back to Pine64 and they'll send it to you again.
From where do you know that your package is "lost"?

The last tracking entry was 1 april in china without it ever arrived even until now. If its not lost, i do not know how you define it. I dont even think the post office will re send back to the sender (pine).

Mine was stated to be shipped late april. And still no delivery up until now (almost 2 months). Complete waste of money. Is there anyway asking for a refund?

Since your package still stack since early April, I have decided to send out another shipment to your Indonesia address. Please confirm the Indonesia address still valid by PM before I ship out on this week. My guess is the shipment got stuck at US while you have move back to Indonesia.

After 3 weeks I finally got contacted back from Pine64 and got some garbage boiler plate answer:
Thank you for contacting PINE64 regarding this matter. I have made a note of the issue in our system. We will have our team look into the issue regarding the shipping problem and contact you with an update at a later time. We kindly ask you check with your local carrier. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
They did not even bother to look into it but took the time to give me the equivalent of nothing. It has been 2 months since the allegedly shipped my package.
