Placed my store order in February, got a ship notice on May 27th, and it appears the best I have so far is a label thats been created. 2+ weeks later, still not shipped? WTH? And now I see an April 20th store customer received their order?...4 boards of the same type I ordered? Are they just picking random names out of a hat to see who gets theirs next???

More infuriating, no response from anyone, as to status. I understand delays of all kinds, but have the freaking professional courtesy to answer an email, or in this case, multiple emails. And no more excuses; give us honest complete answers as to what is really going on.

I am sympathetic to those who have yet to receive their KS orders, I'd be ultra-pi**d too. If Kickstarter was doing a class on how not to run a campaign, they have their case study right here.

There were issues with packages sent out between 27th May and 3rd June not being scanned properly and therefore it seems tracking numbers during this time were either non-existent or incorrect.

Where in the world are you based? I cannot chase up your order, but can give you an estimated arrival based on where in the world you live. Mine took approximately 2 weeks to arrive. My tracking number showed as pending for 10 of those days, and only finally showed as having arrived a few days after I had already received it.

I believe the so-called scanning issue was EMS (China) based shipments, based on what I'm reading.

Mine has a usps tracking number (I'm in Florida), so I'm pretty confident the label was created, and nothing further. Why it never got stuck on a package and sent on its way is an answer the Pine64 folks might have, if they answered emails.

Sorry, I was labouring under the impression that all boards were shipping from China. Not sure why your USPS tracking number has not given you any fruit yet.

Pretty sure all the boards are/were built in China therefore they all will be shipped from China. I'm in Washington state and I got a China EMS tracking number.

BTW, I've ordered plenty of items from China thru ebay. Ive gotten some as fast as 5 days others took 3 weeks.

REMEMBER THIS: Everything coming to the USA (I'd imagine other countries also) have to go thru your countries' internal customs. Maybe your customs personnel are eating too many doughnuts and taking too many breaks or maybe several are on vacation.

My purchase was from the Pine64 store, not via the kickstarter.

I got a USPS tracking number for my order, not an EMS tracking number. So the origination point for that shipment definitely is the united states. So my assumption is, and I guess TLim is the guy who can confirm, (some?) items purchased from the pine64 store, NOT via KS, may be shipping from the US. Or its a screw-up on their part, could be either. The only way we'll know for sure is if someone finally takes the time to respond to an email or PM.

Totally understand what you're saying, I frequently get items from Asia, so I understand the uncertainty. But in this particular case, that doesn't apply.

Call me a skeptic, but I'll believe it when I see some delivery status progress.

And this is a USPS tracking number, so some product IS being shipped out of the US.

Since USPS works on Saturday you should be able to go to their website and get tracking info tomorrow. Monday at the latest.
Apparently some product has been shipped to a "local" warehouse for delivery from the store.
