Ok, it seems that customs has cleared my pinephone and it's finally on it's way to me Smile

bpost has received your registered letter. The postman will deliver it to the address you specified.
Your parcel has been sent from a country outside of the EU and is subject to customs tax. You will be asked to pay the tax of €61.12 in cash before bpost can hand over your parcel.

My experience with bpost and Belgian customs is better. I ordered my BH PinePhone on March 12, it arrived last Friday at customs (April 3th), released this Tuesday (April 7th) and I picked it up at post office today. Postman didn't deliver it yesterday at home, I guess because for safety reasons: I had to pay €58,35 (customs) in cash and at post office I could pay by card.

I know what I'm doing the next days :-)
