I read mostly specs or datasheets ...
For max. "real" current, which can draw PBP while loading, I must check schematics and do some math.
IOW currently not ...

maybe there is some delay here.
Currently I'm searching for the USB-C PD protocol datasheet.
They are also other USB charger in the wild with are not compatible with USB-C PD
know candidate is Qualcom
