I'm almost certain it's been lost at this point, but when I emailed I was told that this was "normal." I can't imagine that it's normal for any parcel service to have a 3 week backlog piling up at an airport though. Is it just me, or is anyone else experiencing these delays?
Mine arrived in my country on the 27th of december but got stuck in customs handling. I have talked to the post office and they claim that it was returned to the sender this monday due to something that was not correctly filled in on the freight paperwork.
Not sure what will happen now, guess I will have to email sales and see if they can fix this and resend it.
