For instance, did my order get delivered to the wrong person, was it forgotten, misplaced, lost, etc? Obviously not everyone who hasn't received their order would be in that predicament, but until we hear otherwise, we just don't know. And its better to ask now, than to wait weeks and weeks later only to find out your order was never being fulfilled because of a mistake.
