You might want to use `install_desktop.sh` as it contains also a bunch of other needed packages.

Not sure why keyboard is not detected, I tried running your install_desktop.sh, and found few missing packages:
Package chromium-browser is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
Package gnomine is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
gnome-mines
