I feel part of the problem we have at the moment is we have a bunch of people with different skills and knowledge, who can make things move forwards pretty quickly, but no road-map on what actually needs to get done, so only bits and pieces get done. That is part the overall problem, as is the fragmentation of information and lack of a single point of documentation which is what the guys at NTC (Chip) got right from the beginning. However, we're starting to work on addressing that, but as it's a spare time deal, it's necessarily slow |
