I messed with it for just a little bit on the Pi, it worked, but never pursued it. Got some help from a friend on the touch-screen setup, would not consider it "easy". I honestly can't really remember why I picked it (screen and touch kit) up in the first place, its been sitting on the shelf for over a year. However, for just the screen alone, its plug and play. Power the interface board, make the hdmi connection, and you're good to go. Graphics are clear, but its a small screen; that said, all I did was plug it in and power it up and make sure it was functional with the Pine, did not try to tweak the graphics/video settings in any way. RE: Touch screen support - vintagewaffle - 10-26-2016 So just as an update, I currently have the pine64 lcd working with touch under armbian. Everything is out there and supported, it just needs to all come together. I'm still fiddling with still having hdmi enabled and to either have the lcd automatically detected, or a simple switch to enable it before I have anything that could be included in a build. I will try to update with the actual steps I used if anyone is interested.
