I cleared out all the firmware files and copied over the Manjaro Plasma ones. And upon booting it up Wifi started working. I haven't used the laptop much. I feel like the slowness really is in the booting and not the eMMC speed. Also, I suspect that the 4GB of RAM is probably causing more of the sluggishness that I experience when in GNOME3 shell. |
