I just bought a Pine64 logo for my PBP on Redbubble (?) I've never used that site before. But it seems like you can have decals made probably with your favourite ditru's name/logo. Then just donate $10 to said distru. It's got to be more cost effective than Pine64 making different covers.

Say black with green logo for Manjaro, black with orange logo for ubports etc.

You can mould your own cover pretty easily with silicone. I'm not sure how you'd get printing on that though.

Yeah, I thought about that. But I would like to have the branded box and all with it, to keep as a collector item. Also, as far as I know there are no branded back cover aftermarket (yet?), and if they were the shipment costs are crazy

3D print with TPU filament perhaps? Find someone with a dual extruder machine and they could do dual colour or hard/soft parts.
