This thing seems to only toggle chip select so it should work in theory. In practice you are loading the bus with two cards at once which may or may not cause signal integrity problems...

That is cool. I wonder if you could plug 2 of those adapters into 1 other adapter and be able to toggle between 4 different microsd's. Maybe that's pushing it.
