Hi,
I have a pine64 1gb. It works well... but the network card link light (green) blink. Is it a known bug in the driver or a problem with the card itself?
what image are you using?
It's this one from the wiki : Debian Linux Jessie with Mate GUI Image [20160508] by lenny.raposo with Longsleep kernel.
It had script to update uboot and the kernel to the latest version... They all updated fine.
Network does work, but normally the link light shouldn't blink... it gives the impression the cables is being constantly disconnected.

A lot of this functionality is going to just be default setup as provided by Realtek

Interesting. Section 7.13 states default led configuration... to me it sounds like a defective network card. Default stated led 0 blinking on transmit and led 1 high or low depending on link state... connected or not... but on my card... both lights blinks randomly. The cable is fine... I used the old cable of my old server... wich hasn't been yet replaced by the pine64.

You may need to re-read that. My green led blinks in a slow steady fashion. Orange blinks with data.
