Hi, i'm trying to compile the kernel 3.10 and i have the error: ERROR: build buildroot Failed
I downloaded this file from wiki: http://files.pine64.org/os/sdk/A64-ver2....SP-2.0.zip
Someone can help me?
It was an error with the file permissions . Now I got the following error

http://pastebin.com/SefcbyKs
check out 's kernel threads. It took some effort to take the BSP kernel & get it up and running. Check out his repo and try to re-use his kernel sources rather than going with the code from BSP.
BSP 2.0 had really nothing to offer hence why it hasn't been used.
Okay, I'll try to Longsleep kernel . Thank you all

One more thing, you would have documents that might help me understand more about kernel modification, add drivers?
look here

https://github.com/longsleep/build-pine64-image

there is a nice step by step

not to mention the scripts that everyone should contribute to Wink
I'm going home now and try to compile
Thank you
The script error says you lack gcc. Have you installed gcc, g++, or another compiler to make the kernel?
I would like to thank everyone for the help. I spent those days reading and learning how to do this by following the links you gave me and finally got. They were of great help. I have a lot to learn yet, but it's a start.

Thanks also to Longsleep for all the hard work and the scripts that are helping me a lot

Sorry for bad english
