I ordered a camera and the wifi+Bt addon at backerkit , but was surprised by the absence of camera in the package. I tried contacting backerkit and support@pine64 but have gotten no response whatsoever . Is there anything else i can try to resolve this ?
mayb u can contact tllin to ask when are going to be shipped the camera
cuz the camera is one of the last items to be shipped
i guess the camera is not in stock yet

Looks like KS team may miss the camera module on your list when submitted to shipping facility. Please PM me your KS number, name, address and phone number (for shipping purpose), I will try to sort out.
In general, I only have limited bandwidth to handle such incident as above, and no resource to handle individual shipping question.
