Hi everyone,
I would like to know if this is plan to launch Raspian on the Pine, because many tutorials made for the Raspberry ( unfortunally there is no tutorial to makes projects on the Pine64 yet Undecided ) works on Raspbian ?

Thanks for your time

Have a nice day

Raspbian is just Debian for the Raspberry.
If you take a Debian image for the Pine64, you can use the same commands to install/update packages (sudo apt-get ...)

(04-29-2016, 03:33 PM)I am a software person rather than a hardware one. Does that mean that Raspbian software will run on the Pine64? What about hardware oriented libraries like PWM, I2C and so on?Thnx Wrote: [ -> ]

as above, raspbian is just debian compiled to work on the raspberry pi hardware, the debian releases for pine are pretty much identical and you can use your tutorials from raspbian without any real issues.
