PINE64

I just got my Rock64 and am running the build "Android TV 7.1 Community Build Image [microSD Boot] by ayufan", i installed Direct TV Now on it, but when i try to select something to watch it says it cannot run on a rooted device.  This image isnt rooted but i think it throws the error because its being run on a Rock64 in general. So im pretty sure i would need something like Magisk Hide to bypass the error message.  Has anyone got Magisk installed on the Android TV image for the Rock64 or found a way to root the "Android TV 7.1 Community Build Image [microSD Boot] by ayufan" image?
