When is Android 9 released?
Other companies already released Android 9 for RK3328 and Rockchip already discontinued Oreo on RK3328 a couple of months ago.
I'ts always good to have dreams bro... Unfortunately it seems that rock64 project is dead. At least Android..... No updates, no build that can be used comfortably with a touchscreen. Only the "TV UI" ish version which is useless with a touchscreen...
Curious about it as well! Gonna write PM to tllim.

Unfortunately, mentions system should be part of MyBB 1.10 (confirmed on Discourse), however, would be good to have here installed also DVZ Mentions plugin.

Please, please, please, please, please tell that it's going to have a status bar and navigation bar for touchscreen use. It may be configurable and possible to switch off if unnecessary.

Any update or time-frame for Android Pie yet?
It's really needed to fix 10-bit H264 video playback and add Magisk rooting support.

Please don't zip everything in a big tarball.
Only zip the git folder so users can use git --reset-hard to unpack the SDK so it's smaller than 15GB to download.
Perhaps also upload it to Gitlab so it's easy to see the commit history, how changes were done.
[Updated] Still waiting for RK3328 Android 9 SDK release from Rockchip.

Meanwhile,
Can you please fix the non-booting issue in Android 8.1.0 Oreo SDK as described in the following thread:
https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=6882

I myself tried building and booting the Android 8.1.0 SDK but i face the same issue as mentioned above.

It would be grateful if you would release a git patch to fix the issue.

Thanks

The last post in that thread says the problem was resolved by installing an emmc module. Have you tried that?

I don't have an EMMC Module and don't wish to buy one as I am using Rock64 in one of my products and EMMC Module is costlier as compared to SD Cards.
