Can you please provide reliable file storage for NEMS Rock64 download? I tried 5 times and download breaks randomly every time

Also, the release of NEMS 1.5 will have a torrent file for all Pine64 builds.

Please try again now, and let me know if you're still having trouble. Best though to do so on the NEMS Linux discord server or in the community forum, in case I don't spot it here on Pine64's forum.

It can be easier to set rules in the router to fix the IP based on the mac address.
