I think the issue here is that we ARE seeing people with either incorrect orders, or missing items. Mistakes like that are going to happen, its human nature, no one's perfect. But that leaves those of us who have heard nothing about our orders yet, to wonder and worry if something happened to our order. For instance, did my order get delivered to the wrong person, was it forgotten, misplaced, lost, etc? Obviously not everyone who hasn't received their order would be in that predicament, but until we hear otherwise, we just don't know. And its better to ask now, than to wait weeks and weeks later only to find out your order was never being fulfilled because of a mistake.

 I will follow up on Sunday when China facility resume shipping operation.
