Which kernel are you using ? is it ayufan 4.4 or ayufan 4.19?
Have you tested this with headphone?

yes, I tested it by playing video via mpv
but after the first listening the speed of the subsequent plays is slow

That has been a problem via HDMI for any (Ayufan) kernel after 4.4.138-1100 - it appears whatever has messed up HDMI also affects your es8316 solution.
