Full Version: Did My Order Get Lost?

Hello all! I placed an order for two RockPro64's a month ago. Once I completed the transaction through PayPal and received two emails on June 17th, I have not received any correspondence since. I never received any shipping info either. The order was several hundred dollars, so I'm just checking to see if there is any movement on it or if I am missing something.

From the pine64.org website:

           Note: PINE64 next shipment date will be on July 20th, 2018. RockPro64 Pre-orders to start dispatch on July 17, 2018 Ship from Shenzhen China. 
Ah! Sorry about that! I thought I remembered seeing the RockPro64 being shipped out on July 12th when initially ordering. Eventually it stopped displaying that date on the order page for the 4GB model, but I only an using the mobile site so I may not see it.

I'll check back in another week to see if anything comes through. I was just scared that since I hadn't received any correspondence since the order, that it may have been hung up some where.

I thought I was just crazy, but I happened to have a screenshot of the date I mentioned from the actual RockPro64 4GB ordering page; The "estimated dispatch date" was July 12th, 2018 for shipping.

Ultimately I just wanted to make sure my order wasn't lost! Lol. Sorry again for the confusion and thank you for clarifying (even though I should've seen it, but I'm blind ?).
