That is very kind of you. No need to hurry my friend, this is not an urgent matter. What you cooking ? - I am making my wife tortillas today as a surprise Smile

Maybe we could all exchange cooking recipes in the meantime while waiting for all boot loops and burning images to get solved? [emoji3]

Do we need a cooking / recipe exchange subforum ? ;Wink

More seriously tho, do we have an irc chat room by any chance ? if not - should I set one up ?

Oh Fantastic I'm really pleased, Have Fun Smile
I can also report success with the 8gig download from https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B0KJDZUkc...t=download
... so Thank You! Quick note that might just be me, the download - rather ironically - failed in Chrome but worked in Firefox.

It's a 2gb board and it doesn't go into a reboot loop and seems pretty slick. I don't have internet though, either with the onboard port, a USB one I have (Anker AH212) or two wifi dongles I have (PiHut 802.11n or Netgear WNDA4100). Reading about the suggesting is to get an old 10/100 switch or hub out of the loft and put that between the pine and my gigabit switches?

Just checking before I get the loft ladder out as I'm not sure which box the old networking kit is in!

Thanks again.
Took a few tries, but was finally able to burn the image on a 32GB card, and it booted up too!  Have also observed some sluggishness the first few minutes, but after that no problems.  YouTube and NetFlix play fine and have also tried a few simple games: Angry Birds and Plants vs Zombies.  The movie player, chrome, playstore, etc., all seem to work well.  Wifi and BT all seem to work well too.  Audio seems to be much better than on Android.  Have not used Ethernet.  And finally, I am really liking the Remix OS.
Runing Remix OS on 2GB board with Lan cable and is working great. As a pressure test i ran World of Tanks Blitz and guess what... "It will kill" =D

I wonder what I did wrong then. Did you have to do anything special to get LAN working?

I'd like to join on on WoT Blitz!
