Hi,

I submitted a support ticket back in May to try to get the bad GB Ethernet hardware issue resolved, but I still haven't received a reply.
For my application of the Pine, I really need the gigabit ethernet working.
If this is the wrong forum for this post, please point me in the right direction.

Response is slow anyway.. waiting since 10th july on my rock64 and no reply on the emails i sent.

Spot the issue. There is one new tech support just post a comment and just forward email to me which is not a typically way. I have instructed another tech support to handle your question.

P/S: That new tech support already quit.
