It sometimes takes a few days for tracking on packages from EMS (China Post) or HK Post to activate.
But tllim already mentioned that if you just got the notification now, your order probably was actually shipped a couple days ago.
To confirm what fire said.. I got my notice today, 8/5.
I can track it, and when I look at tracking history, it says it left Shenzhen .... to Los Angeles, on 8/1.

If you ordered it today, it will not ship until August 30th.

Check your email spam filter, it may have ended up in there.
But all orders made in July have been shipped by now. If you're still worried about it,

I wish to have it ASAP.
My rock 64 arrived in New York state, USA yesterday afternoon.... And the tracking number is now track able in the USPS app. (I paid for expidated shipping... Not sure if that made any difference, in time it took to arrive in the USA).

A update... As of a hour ago, it arrived at the USPS processing center, in the city I live in! Since it made it there, so early in the day... I should have it tomorrow.
