Armbian got nice setup user account, less ram use, and better chrome performance. I love it but sadly, Armbian 5.32 caused my pinebook permanent 4th dead green pixel when i installed Armbian. Plus, I have another problem with noise random green pixel too under Armbian 5.32 until I am using Xeinial Mate 0.5.2 on eMMC. I may use new Armbian version again if they are finished for eMMc install or out of WIP status.

I moved the Armbian installation from sdcard to 16gb emmc, and then moved /home and /var back to the sdcard and put it in fstab. So now Ambian boots from emmc and using extra storage on sdcard.
Still loving it

I've been using armbian for almost a month now, i very soon realized that it outperforms ubuntu mate easily.
not looking back.

the default xfce desktop is nicer, too. xfce is a much riper project.
but the main thing: armbian have a recent version of mpv in their repos. combine that with youtube-dl, and the much-discussed web video problems are gone forever.
PS: i don't think armbian causes dead pixels ;-)

will this require a reinstall (i wouldn't like that) or is a normal apt-based upgrade sufficient, or are some additional steps necessary?
